Orders are usually processed the next working day. 

During peak periods (e.g., new drops), this may extend slightly — we’ll keep you informed

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day

We currently ship to:

Europe

International (selected regions — check availability at checkout)

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

UK (Royal Mail Tracked):

Standard (2–4 working days): Free

Europe:

Tracked: Quoted at checkout depending on country

International:

Rates vary by region (calculated at checkout)

4. Delivery Times

Pre-order items will be shipped within 10 days of the pre_order closing date.

5. Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link

6. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes. We cannot control or predict these fees.
