Refund & Returns Policy – SoberNSound

At SoberNSound, we hope you love your order — but if something’s not right, we’re here to help. Below you’ll find all the details about returns, refunds and exchanges.

 1. Returns Eligibility

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

It must include original tags and packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns if these conditions aren’t met.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards

Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)

Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

 2. How to Start a Return

Email us at: sobernsound@gmail.com with:

Your order number

Reason for return

Clear photo(s) if there’s a fault

Wait for return instructions before sending anything back

Send your item back using a tracked postal service

Note: Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days via your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or colour, please return the item and place a new order.

5. Items Lost or Damaged in Return Transit

If you return an item without using tracked shipping, and it goes missing, we cannot guarantee a refund. Please use tracked postage and retain your receipt.
